I don’t know about you, but on these hot summer days I am ALL about the grill. There’s just something about the summer season and spending time outdoors with friends and family that makes food fresh off the grill taste so good.
Not to mention the fact that grilling means I don’t have to heat up the house with the oven, and (fingers crossed) my husband might even agree to do most of the cooking!
By the time the 4th of July rolls around, I usually find myself looking for some new healthy summer grilling recipes. As much as I love the simplicity of burgers and hot dogs in the back yard, there are tons of other meals that taste fanstastic on the grill, and I’d hate to miss out!
If you too are looking for something new to try on the grill that’s still delicious, easy, and kid-friendly, here are a few of the best healthy summer grilling recipes that I’ve gathered up from dietitian and blogger friends around the web. Enjoy!
